I applied for this loan last year, but I was very disappointed.I was not given.Up to now I have not managed to get back to campus due to financial constraints.I am doing medicine and surgery from soroti university, Kagoda Henry.I don’t know which is there to get this loan.because if you are considering neediness I think I am very needy.If you are considering program, I think my program can help so many people.
