Change of Course/Institution Guidelines

Pursuant to Section 16(5) of the Higher Education Students’ Financing Act, 2014, a successful Students’ Loan Scheme beneficiary is allowed to Change Course/Programme or Change Institution of Higher Learning.
The guidelines on Change of Course and/or Institution are;

  1. Write a letter addressed to the Executive Director requesting for a Change of Course and/or Change of Institution, providing all the admission information (e. details of current course and/or institution and the details of intended course and/or institution)
  2. Attach evidence for payment of relevant charges and send email to appeals@redesign.hesfb.go.ug clearly labelled “Change of Course and/ Institution” in the subject section.
  3. Charges: Change of Course   –  12,500=*     Change of Institution – 12,500=*  Inclusive of Bank Charges
